Case reports of adrenal suppression in patients taking CYP3A4 inhibitors e.g. ritonavir, clarithromycin. Do not use with these medicines.

Indicated for intraarticular, intrasynovial or periarticular use in adults and adolescents for the symptomatic treatment of subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases.

Also indicted for intraarticular use in children aged 3 – 12 years with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
